About the Role We are seeking an energetic, client-focused Implementation Specialist ( Project Consultant ) to support the delivery of our SaaS platform for new and existing customers. This is a hands-on, functional implementation role—not a pure project management position—where you will work directly with clients to translate business processes into system configurations and deliver successful implementations as part of a collaborative project team. You’ll operate in a team-based delivery model, owning specific workstreams while contributing to end-to-end implementation success across multiple projects.

Responsibilities
- Drive Implementation Delivery: Execute end-to-end SaaS implementations alongside a cross-functional project team
- Own assigned workstreams and deliverables with accountability for quality, scope, and timelines
- Lead Client Discovery & Solution Design: Conduct client discovery sessions to understand business processes and operational needs
- Translate requirements into functional system configurations and solution designs
- Configure & Implement Systems: Configure system components including master data, workflows, and user roles
- Validate configurations and ensure accuracy across implementation deliverables
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with Product, Engineering, QA, and Professional Services teams to deliver solutions
- Translate business needs into actionable technical inputs (e.g., reporting, integrations)
- Support Testing, Training & Go-Live: Participate in UAT and validate system functionality
- Lead or support client training and post-go-live adoption
- Contribute to Continuous Improvement: Create documentation including configurations and process flows
- Support scoping, estimation, and planning for new implementations
