About The Position

The Implementation Specialist plays a critical role in ensuring a seamless transition for new healthcare clients to HealthMark Group’s Release of Information and Form Completion services. This position focuses on two key objectives: Guiding new clients through a successful onboarding process, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded expectations. Managing the accurate input and ongoing maintenance of client data within HealthMark’s MedRelease software.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new healthcare clients.
  • Enter, verify, and maintain accurate client data within the MedRelease platform.
  • Serve as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure smooth implementation experience.
  • Partner with Processing and IT teams to resolve technical or process-related issues promptly.
  • Track and meet strict deadlines to ensure timely client activation.
  • Provide status updates and communicate progress to leadership and relevant stakeholders.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of HealthMark’s service lines, processes, and technology to support client needs effectively.
