About The Position

TrueCommerce is looking for an Implementation Specialist III to join our Add-On Implementations team. In this role, you will manage EDI implementations for existing customers who are adding new trading partner connections, serving as the primary liaison between the customer and their trading partners from kickoff through go-live. This is a fast-paced, high-volume role where organization, communication, and EDI expertise are essential. You will coordinate across internal teams including mapping, integrations, and connectivity while simultaneously managing customer relationships and keeping projects on track to our 18-day completion target. This role is fully remote. In this role, you will join a team of add-on implementation specialists, all focused on helping TrueCommerce customers expand their trading partner networks quickly and reliably.

Requirements

• EDI experience required — ability to read specifications, understand trading partner compliance requirements, and manage the full EDI transaction lifecycle (850, 856, 810, and related document sets)
• Demonstrated ability to manage a high volume of concurrent projects with strong organizational skills and disciplined follow-through
• Excellent cross-functional communication skills — comfortable working with customers, trading partners, and multiple internal teams simultaneously
• Project management experience or aptitude; ability to prioritize and keep complex, multi-stakeholder projects moving

Nice To Haves

• ERP familiarity (NetSuite or other systems) a plus
• Logistics or warehouse operations background a plus
• Experience with warehouse EDI or multi-partner EDI projects a plus
• Prior experience at a supply chain integration or EDI platform vendor (e.g., SPS Commerce, DiCentral, Cleo) a plus

Responsibilities

• Own add-on EDI implementation projects end-to-end for existing TrueCommerce customers adding new trading partner connections
• Serve as the primary point of contact and liaison between customers, trading partners, and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle
• Coordinate across internal departments including mapping, integrations, and connectivity to ensure timely, accurate project delivery
• Manage a high-volume project portfolio of up to 40 concurrent projects, maintaining clear status communication and disciplined follow-up
• Communicate proactively with customers and trading partners to gather requirements, relay updates, and resolve issues
• Ensure projects are completed accurately and on time, targeting an 18-day completion window per project
• Document project activity and maintain accurate records throughout implementation
