About The Position

This entry‑level field implementation role focuses on building foundational technical skills, supporting on‑site installations, and delivering customer training under guidance while progressing toward independent execution. Implementation Specialist I supports clients’ needs related to the implementation, installation, and training of PAR Excellence hardware and software systems while maintaining high standards of customer service, accuracy, and professionalism.

Requirements

Progression toward successful completion of Tier 1 technical knowledge and skills
Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
Self-motivated, detail-oriented and organized
Excellent oral and written communication
Outstanding customer service skills
Extensive travel required (75%)
Ability to obtain and maintain security clearance with PAR clients, including government accounts

Nice To Haves

Prior experience in healthcare supply chain, hospital operations, or healthcare equipment installation is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Install PAR Excellence hardware as well as software ensuring proper operation of technology solutions
Provide technology implementation and support of customer accounts
Provide product training for both hardware and software
Work with Technical Support to assist with resolving issues while on-site
Assist with system configuration data, including par levels and units of measure, to support accurate installation and system functionality
Support and assist with training activities for new Implementation Specialists under the guidance of senior implementation staff
