About The Position

ADP is hiring an Implementation Specialist. This position is hybrid; working in the office 3 days a week and working from home 2 days a week. As an Implementation Specialist, you onboard new clients and get them comfortable using ADP's products and services, ensuring they exceed client expectations. Requirements

  • At least three years of experience working in a client service/customer service environment.
  • At least one year of business consulting experience.
  • Skills to do the job (college degree is not required; military experience is also considered).

Responsibilities

  • Consult with Clients to Deliver a Comprehensive ADP Solution by partnering with clients to understand their business and related needs, and guiding them towards the best solution.
  • Implement ADP Technologies by analyzing existing systems, interface requirements, and business processes, and incorporating new processes, tools, and approaches when recommending and implementing the ADP solution.
  • Partner Internally by interacting and collaborating with ADP associates in sales and customer service, and exchanging routine information with the client project team regarding priorities, timeliness, and issues.
  • Multi-Task - Communicate effectively by working on multiple time-sensitive follow-ups/projects simultaneously, clearly and concisely sharing essential information, and utilizing Microsoft Office products.
