About The Position

ADP is hiring an Implementation Specialist. This position is hybrid; working in the office 3 days a week and working from home 2 days a week. As an Implementation Specialist, you onboard new clients and get them comfortable using ADP's products and services, ensuring they exceed client expectations. Requirements

At least three years of experience working in a client service/customer service environment.
At least one year of business consulting experience.
Skills to do the job (college degree is not required; military experience is also considered).

Responsibilities

Consult with Clients to Deliver a Comprehensive ADP Solution by partnering with clients to understand their business and related needs, and guiding them towards the best solution.
Implement ADP Technologies by analyzing existing systems, interface requirements, and business processes, and incorporating new processes, tools, and approaches when recommending and implementing the ADP solution.
Partner Internally by interacting and collaborating with ADP associates in sales and customer service, and exchanging routine information with the client project team regarding priorities, timeliness, and issues.
Multi-Task - Communicate effectively by working on multiple time-sensitive follow-ups/projects simultaneously, clearly and concisely sharing essential information, and utilizing Microsoft Office products.
