As an Implementation Specialist, you will onboard new clients and get them comfortable using ADP's products and services. You will ensure that our products and services exceed client expectations. Requirements

Prior experience is not required; training will be provided.
Ability to work overtime hours during peak seasons.
Acceptable experiences include military experience, or other relevant experiences if a college degree is not held.
Comfortable and skilled in using Microsoft Office products.

Responsibilities

Consult with Clients to Deliver a Comprehensive ADP Solution by partnering with clients to understand their business and related needs, and guiding them towards the best solution.
Implement ADP Technologies by analyzing existing systems, interface requirements, and business processes, and incorporating new processes, tools, and approaches when recommending and implementing the ADP solution.
Partner Internally by interacting and collaborating with ADP associates in sales and customer service, and exchanging routine information with members of the client project team regarding priorities, timeliness, and issues.
Multi-Task - Communicate effectively, managing multiple time-sensitive follow-ups/projects simultaneously, clearly and concisely sharing essential information, and utilizing Microsoft Office products.
