About The Position

The Implementation Senior Associate supports client implementations by delivering product training to end users, applying healthcare industry knowledge, and using presentation, analytical, and technical skills to help clients turn healthcare finance data into meaningful financial and operational insights. The role operates in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and contributes to developing and mentoring junior team members.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of functional consulting experience.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience supporting data-driven implementation projects, preferably within healthcare organizations, including patient accounting systems such as Epic or Cerner.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
• Self-motivated, collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment and navigates ambiguity effectively.
• Basic understanding of healthcare finance.
• Advanced Excel skills required.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with BI tools, Snowflake, and SQL.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with internal and external customers to gather a wide range of data elements from healthcare organization data sources.
• Apply foundational knowledge of data management, analysis, visualization, validation, and integration concepts.
• Provide product training and presentations for client end users.
• Advise clients and end users on transforming data into insightful financial and operating reports.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with teams including technical implementation, net revenue, reimbursement, and revenue cycle.
• Develop and train junior team members.
