About The Position

ADP is hiring a Project Manager II. In this position, you'll be responsible for the successful planning, coordination, and implementation of clients onto our RS platform to ensure business goals and objectives are accomplished within designated timeframes and budgets. The Project Manager II role is client-facing, involving direct day-to-day client interaction and servicing, including follow-up for missing items. This role requires managing all project phases, creating detailed project plans, ensuring milestones are met, and collaborating with other departments. The Project Manager II will lead communication with stakeholders and team members, provide status reports, manage project timelines, and assess and resolve risks and issues. The role also involves tailoring processes for individual clients on various payroll platforms, making timely decisions, and handling implementations of high complexity.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or combination of education and experience
  • At least three years of project management experience

Responsibilities

  • Manage all project phases, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, control and closure
  • Create project plans, including deliverables, activities, timeliness and budgets
  • Direct day-to-day client interaction and servicing our clients which includes follow up for missing items
  • Ensure milestones are successfully met through oversight of project vehicles and coordination of resources
  • Work collaboratively with other departments impacting project.
  • Lead communication with stakeholders (clients /sales) and team members through completion of the project
  • Provide scheduled and on-demand status reports and updates
  • Direct project timeliness
  • Assess, manage, resolve and escalate (if necessary) risks and issues
  • Tailor processes to meet the needs of individual clients on various payroll platforms
  • Make decisions based on information and input in a timely manner
  • Work on implementations of high complexity
