About The Position

We are looking for a Project Manager to oversee a modernization project of a federal client's case management and data ecosystem. The candidate will manage the project using Agile methodologies to ensure timely and successful delivery. This position is located in Arlington, VA.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in project management, particularly in Agile environments for federal clients.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Ability to manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
  • Experience in federal project management and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Experience in system implementation and user training.
  • Understanding of federal compliance and security standards.
  • Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.

Nice To Haves

  • Certification in Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum Master, PMI-ACP).
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and data management systems.
  • Experience in managing federal modernization projects.
  • Knowledge of DOJ or similar federal agency operations.

Responsibilities

  • Implement Agile methodologies to enhance project management processes, ensuring timely delivery and stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Oversee system configuration and administration, including approval processes and supervisor review mechanisms.
  • Drive innovation and efficiency in future modernization projects, leveraging emerging technologies and operational efficiencies.
  • Develop and implement risk management strategies to identify, assess, and mitigate potential project risks.
  • Facilitate effective communication with stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Optimize resource allocation to ensure project milestones are met and deliverables are achieved within budget and timeline constraints.
  • Establish performance metrics to evaluate project success and identify areas for improvement in future projects.
  • Lead post-project evaluations to identify lessons learned and best practices, driving continuous improvement strategies.
