The Implementation Project Manager is the leader of Fidelity’s conversion team that is responsible for the transition of 401(k) plans (Emerging, Advisor and Mid) from point of sale to handoff to ongoing service teams. The Implementation Project Management team is responsible for all conversions and corporate actions for all plans with assets less than $100M and on the Volume Submitter Document. We support the Sales team by participating in some prospect meetings, but our main role is to act as a liaison between the Sales team and the ongoing Service teams. We take 401(k) plans from various different providers and standardize them so that they fit on both Fidelity’s document and Service Model. Our success leads to stronger new plan sales and acquisitions which are the life blood of Fidelity.
