About The Position

At Euna Solutions, we’re looking for a detail-oriented, enthusiastic professional with a background in project management and process improvement to join our Implementation Team. In this client-facing role, you will guide public and non-profit organizations through the implementation of our powerful Euna Budget application. You'll collaborate directly with clients, analyze their current budgeting processes, and lead them in adopting more effective, streamlined systems - delivering real impact within scope, on time, and on budget. Our most successful Implementation Managers (IMs) come from diverse professional backgrounds, but they share a few key traits: adaptability, technical fluency, strong data skills, and professionalism in working with clients. While experience in public sector budgeting or systems implementation is a strong asset, what matters most is your ability to learn, lead, and deliver. This position will be for a 1 year contract covering a maternity leave. This position encompasses two core aspects: Implementation Specialist and Project Manager, requiring a blend of technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and client-focused collaboration.

Requirements

  • Post-secondary diploma/degree or equivalent work experience; background in finance or IT systems preferred
  • 3–8 years of experience in software application delivery (e.g., systems implementation, project management, analysis, QA, training)
  • Proficiency in data analysis and Excel
  • Strong communication skills - both written and verbal - and exceptional organizational abilities
  • Leadership qualities with the ability to facilitate meetings and decision-making with confidence
  • Self-starter mindset capable of managing multiple projects independently
  • Commercial acumen paired with professionalism in customer interactions

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in municipal, healthcare, education and/or not-for-profit budgeting
  • Familiarity with budgeting methodologies like grant accounting or forecasting
  • Hands-on experience with financial planning applications (web-based preferred)
  • Report design/documentation using relational databases (SSRS or PowerBI is a plus)
  • Knowledge of project tracking tools like Cloud Coach or Asana

Responsibilities

  • Guide public sector clients through all stages of product implementation
  • Analyze business needs, recommend best practices, and ensure smooth completion of multiple concurrent implementations
  • Become a subject matter expert in Euna Budget Professional’s budgeting system
  • Collaborate with clients to identify gaps and improvements to be built in the system to provide an efficient budgeting tool
  • Lead internal stakeholders to deliver the reporting, integration and product solutions needed by the client
  • Prepare and migrate client data using Euna Budget’s data load interface
  • Serve as a business partner to internal teams by sharing your expertise
  • Oversee multiple implementations from post-sales to full utilization of Euna Budget’s products
  • Define timelines, track progress, and maintain regular communication with clients
  • Identify and resolve implementation challenges by collaborating with internal teams to deliver optimal results
