About The Position

We’re looking for a highly organized, proactive Implementation Manager to support our growing base of enterprise clients. This role is all about execution and delivery - you’ll be the operational engine ensuring our enterprise partners are successfully onboarded, their provider matching needs are fulfilled, and our systems are scaling to meet the moment. You’ll work cross-functionally with Sales, Ops, and Product to drive seamless onboarding experiences and ensure client expectations are met (and exceeded). This is not a passive support role—you will own the post-sale experience from the moment a deal is signed through successful provider go-live. Requirements

  • Proven experience leading enterprise onboarding from contract signature through successful go-live.
  • The ability to innovate on the fly, developing creative workarounds and solutions when faced with unique client requirements or systemic blockers.
  • A track record of building SOPs and automations to scale operational workflows and eliminate manual bottlenecks.
  • Proficiency in managing data across HubSpot, Jira, and Chargebee (or similar) to ensure cross-system accuracy.
  • Ability to bridge the gap between Sales, Product, and Ops to ensure what is sold is successfully delivered.
  • Experience identifying risks early and escalating effectively.
  • Strong ability to manage high-stakes client expectations while serving as the primary operational engine.

Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end onboarding process for clients—from gathering requirements and setting timelines to go-live.
  • Drive match fulfillment by coordinating internally with our Operations team, escalating blockers, and ensuring timely delivery of requested providers
  • Serve as the operational point of contact during implementation; maintain close communication with Account Managers and clients as needed.
  • Ensure synchronized data across multiple platforms to ensure cross-system consistency, enabling real-time, accurate progress updates for stakeholders and clients.
  • Manage client implementation within internal systems (Hubspot, Jira, HelpDesk, Chargebee, proprietary platform).
  • Partner with Product to ensure internal readiness for new feature rollouts Help coordinate and participate in internal and external kickoff calls, ensuring alignment across teams
  • Build and maintain SOPs and automations to streamline onboarding and matching processes.
