We’re looking for a highly organized, proactive Implementation Manager to support our growing base of enterprise clients. This role is all about execution and delivery - you’ll be the operational engine ensuring our enterprise partners are successfully onboarded, their provider matching needs are fulfilled, and our systems are scaling to meet the moment. You’ll work cross-functionally with Sales, Ops, and Product to drive seamless onboarding experiences and ensure client expectations are met (and exceeded). This is not a passive support role—you will own the post-sale experience from the moment a deal is signed through successful provider go-live. This is a chance to join a high-growth team, shape how we scale, and be a key driver of client success from day one. You’ll play a critical role in translating client needs into operational execution, ensuring we fulfill what we’ve promised and continuously improve how we deliver while bridging the gap between all internal teams critical to operational success.
