About The Position

The company is seeking an Implementation Manager to assist their behavioral health, ABA, hospice, home health, and nutrition customers in implementing their AI product, working directly with the C-suite of enterprise companies. This role is ideal for a hard worker passionate about cutting-edge technology, collaborative team environments, and the intersection of AI and health tech, particularly for someone enthusiastic about joining a small, energetic team in New York City.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of Enterprise Customer Success or Account Management experience working with Enterprise Customers at an early-stage startup, or Management Consulting or Project Management experience.
  • Experience developing relationships with C-suite stakeholders.
  • Experience owning projects from end to end.
  • Strong customer-facing and presentation skills.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Enthusiasm for customer-facing work and excellence in the product space.
  • Extreme sense of ownership.
  • Live in NYC, or can move within the next 30 days.

Nice To Haves

  • Proven experience in software product development.

  • Prior coding or software development experience.
  • Hubspot (CRM) experience.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a strategic portfolio of 20-30 enterprise healthcare customers, each generating over $1 billion in annual revenue.
  • Develop project plans to implement Brellium’s core offerings with new customers by scoping technical and clinical implementation needs, overall milestones, constraints, and forecasting actionable steps.
  • Lead kickoff, implementation, and go-live meetings with Clinical Teams.
  • Develop relationships with C-suite healthcare executives through regular communication and engagement.
  • Participate in Quarterly Business Reviews with executive stakeholders to demonstrate value and align on strategic initiatives.
  • Partner with the CTO and Engineering teams to influence product roadmap based on customer needs and market opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Go-to-Market teams to develop compelling case studies and showcase customer success stories.
  • Work with Customer Success Leadership to develop and enforce best practices around implementation.
  • Conduct initial implementation meetings, backlog meetings, workflow meetings, and go-live meetings, including preparation, pre-reads, and follow-ups.
  • Provide 'Solutioning' for customers with technical needs, including API integrations, EMR connections, and new product development.
  • Manage the go-live process, including planning and execution.
  • Clarify requirements and implement feedback with engineering and customers.
  • Develop customer-facing content for implementation meetings and knowledge base references.
  • Develop a scalable process for customer implementation from contract signature to 'go-live'.
