Pinpoint is a high-growth, bootstrapped HR tech start-up building and selling software that helps in-house recruitment teams attract, hire, and onboard the right talent. The company has a mature product, rapid growth, strong product-market fit, and happy customers. As the company continues to bring on more large, complex customers, they are looking for an Implementation Manager to fully own a high volume of mid-market and enterprise implementations from end to end. This role will steer timelines, manage technical complexity, and lead customers confidently through a high-stakes rollout. This is a remote role based in the U.S. (EST or CST). At full ramp, the Implementation Manager will manage 15–20 active implementations at once, a mix of SMB rollouts (4–8 weeks), mid-market projects, and enterprise programs that run closer to 6 months. The average implementation runs about 50 days. The product is deep, flexible, and genuinely complex, requiring an understanding of a wide range of customer types, workflows, and implementation paths. Pinpoint is a fast-moving, lean, and sometimes ambiguous startup environment, and the ideal candidate will be proactive, adaptable, and comfortable building structure where none exists.
