About The Position

Ready to lead complex transitions from contract to successful go-live? This is an opportunity for an experienced Implementation, Transition or Program Manager to take ownership of major technical service transitions, working with clients, operations, IT, engineering, supply chain and external partners. If you enjoy bringing structure to complex projects, solving problems and making sure teams are ready to deliver, this role offers the chance to make a visible impact from day one. The Role As Implementation/Transition Manager, you’ll lead the end-to-end transition of new technical and field service contracts into Business as Usual operations. You’ll own the transition plan, manage stakeholders and risks, ensure technical and operational readiness, and deliver a smooth go-live with minimal disruption to the customer. You’ll work closely with Sales, Operations, Engineering, IT, Supply Chain, Finance, Quality and third-party service partners.

Requirements

• 5+ years' experience in implementation, transition, client onboarding or program management.
• Experience in field services, technical services, logistics, supply chain, 3PL or managed services.
• Strong project and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with RACI/RAG, risk management, governance and executive reporting.
• Strong commercial awareness and experience managing SLAs and service partners.
• Excellent communication, organisation and problem-solving skills.
• The ability to influence and lead cross-functional teams without direct authority.
• Experience managing multiple projects, priorities and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Lead transitions from contract award through go-live and BAU handover.
• Own timelines, milestones, RACI, RAG, risks, issues and governance.
• Act as the key contact for clients throughout the transition.
• Coordinate technical readiness, including training, documentation, systems, tools and certifications.
• Ensure field service capacity, partners, inventory and supply chain are ready for launch.
• Manage third-party service partner onboarding and performance.
• Identify and manage scope changes, working with Sales on commercial implications.
• Track transition budgets, SLAs, KPIs and operational readiness.
• Produce clear progress reports for clients and senior stakeholders.
• Lead lessons learned and continuously improve transition processes.
