About The Position

ShipMonk is seeking a sharp, organized, and relationship-driven Implementation Manager, Enterprise to quarterback the onboarding experience for its most complex and high-value merchant accounts. This role involves ensuring internal teams (Tech Solutions, Launch Ops, etc.) are aligned and delivering flawlessly, without direct coding or system configuration. The ideal candidate is passionate about planning, managing cross-functional teams, and handling enterprise timelines with expertise.

Requirements

4–6 years in project management, onboarding, or client implementations
Experience leading enterprise clients through complex rollouts
Strong Google Suite + project management tool experience (Smartsheet, Asana, etc.)
Must be able to work PST hours

Nice To Haves

3PL, logistics, eCommerce, or SaaS background
PMP, Lean Six Sigma, or similar certification
Bilingual (English/Spanish)

Responsibilities

Lead the Enterprise Launch Plan: Serve as the primary driver for complex merchant onboarding projects from contract to go-live, running kickoff sessions, aligning on goals, gathering requirements, and launching personalized project plans.
Align the Internal Crew: Act as the internal project manager for Tech, Launch, Product, and Ops, ensuring team alignment on plans and responsibilities. Coordinate internal syncs, action trackers, milestones, and timelines with high accountability.
Be the Merchant’s Guide: Translate complex requirements into actionable steps for internal teams. Lead merchant check-ins, educate clients on processes and timelines, and manage expectations throughout the onboarding process.
Crush the Go-Live & Handoff: Orchestrate a smooth transition to post-onboarding care with Merchant Success and CX teams, ensuring post-launch support is stabilized, documented, and set up for long-term success.
