As an Implementation Manager – Agriculture, Welfare & Sustainability - Poultry, you will leverage deep specialist knowledge in animal welfare, agriculture, aquaculture, and environmental sustainability, combined with analytical capabilities, to provide data-driven implementation support to global customers and their suppliers. This role is part of the Professional Services function, focusing on the operational delivery of structured onboarding and implementation programs. You will be the lead technical consultant for poultry and provide support across other protein categories. You will be the main point of contact for customers and suppliers needing to understand, configure, and act upon welfare, compliance, and sustainability data within the Foods Connected platform, translating complex reporting into actionable insights. You will also collaborate with the Head of Implementation, BI, and Product teams to enhance welfare and compliance reporting capabilities, ensuring they meet specialist requirements and deliver value at scale. Embracing AI tools and technologies to improve efficiency, consistency, and analytical depth in implementation delivery and specialist services is expected.
