Job Summary The Sustainability Manager leads the company’s sustainability reporting, data governance, and performance management efforts. This role owns end‑to‑end sustainability and Sustainability reporting, audit‑level carbon accounting, and advanced sustainability initiatives. The Sustainability Manager works cross‑functionally with internal teams and external partners to ensure accurate data, framework alignment, and clear executive‑ and investor‑ready sustainability communications.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in sustainability, Sustainability reporting, or environmental data management
  • Strong knowledge of GRI, SASB, TCFD, EcoVadis, and investor Sustainability reporting
  • Experience owning complex data‑heavy reporting processes
  • Strong project management, analytical, and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage high‑visibility deliverables

Responsibilities

  • Own planning, coordination, and delivery of the annual sustainability report from data collection through publication
  • Define sustainability data requirements, standards, ownership, timelines, and sequencing; lead annual data‑collection kickoff and follow‑up
  • Manage sustainability data validation, year‑over‑year consistency checks, and issue resolution
  • Draft and manage sustainability report content, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and alignment with company strategy and disclosures
  • Partner with external designers and consultants to develop report visuals and layouts and review drafts for clarity and accuracy
  • Own sustainability data governance and ensure monthly data readiness for leadership and investor use
  • Manage annual sustainability datasets, including utilities, waste, fuel, employee commuting, and environmental risk indicators
  • Own utility tracking across all sites using Arcadia; manage vendor relationship and support internal coordination
  • Translate sustainability performance into executive‑level and investor‑ready messaging
  • Own annual investor Sustainability reporting, including submissions to PE investors
  • Lead reporting aligned with GRI and SASB and support integration of TCFD disclosures
  • Own annual EcoVadis submission, documentation review, gap closure, quality control, and results communication
  • Own audit‑level carbon accounting, including data verification and coordination with external consultants
  • Lead or support advanced sustainability projects such as LCAs, EPDs, and materiality assessments
  • Develop energy efficiency strategies and ROI‑based recommendations informed by audit findings
  • Lead annual supplier sustainability surveys in partnership with Procurement
  • Perform other duties as needed to support sustainability strategy and business priorities
