About The Position

As an Implementation Engineer, you'll work at the intersection of software, hardware, networking, and customer success. Every project is different, giving you the opportunity to work with cloud applications, mobile solutions, payment devices, databases, and networking technologies while helping transit agencies successfully deploy Genfare's products. You'll collaborate with customers, project managers, software engineers, product teams, and field technicians to configure systems, troubleshoot issues, conduct testing, and guide projects through successful implementation.
