About The Position

TeamDynamix is looking for a sharp, fast-learning, and well-polished Implementation Consultant to join our expanding team. In this position, you'll have the opportunity to manage projects, lead software implementations, and help clients achieve and exceed their goals. This remote role is ideal for candidates with strong project management abilities and who can learn and adapt quickly. About the Role Manage the implementation of TeamDynamix' IT Service Management and Project Portfolio Management tools for an assigned book of clients. Lead customers through all phases of project implementation, including planning, execution, monitoring, control, and effective project closure. Deliver high-quality, high-value consulting services to enable clients to realize the value of the solution, and provide end-user and administrative training as part of consulting engagements. Configure and test the solutions to ensure quality standards are met. Address and resolve challenging client issues. Manage project timelines and effectively handle multiple client assignments simultaneously. Provide prompt and accurate project status updates to management. Maintain complete client satisfaction throughout implementation projects. About You Bachelor’s degree in a related business field. 3–5+ years of relevant IT Service Management experience. Exposure or experience with scripting languages such as JavaScript, Python, and PowerShell and/or automation platforms (iPaaS). Strong project management knowledge, and excellent presentation and interpersonal skills. Experience implementing SaaS-based solutions. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, with strong facilitation skills to advise clients. Ability to define business requirements, translate them into creative solutions, and build client relationships based on trust and respect. Willingness to travel occasionally as needed (1-2 times annually). Self-starter with a strong work ethic. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related business field.
  • 3–5+ years of relevant IT Service Management experience.
