About The Position

We are seeking an Implementation Consultant to join our Professional Services team. In this role, you will independently manage implementations for small to mid-sized corporate clients, configuring our platform to meet specific recruitment needs. You'll be expected to take full ownership of these projects while also having opportunities to contribute to larger enterprise implementations alongside project managers. With initial guidance and ongoing support from the team, you'll apply and develop your expertise in solution design, configuration, training, and change management to ensure successful adoption and deliver maximum value to our clients.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in SaaS implementations, HR tech, recruitment technology, or technology consulting.
  • Proven track record of managing multiple client-facing projects simultaneously from concept to go-live.
  • Proficiency in process mapping/workflow design (e.g., Lucidchart) and a natural aptitude for quickly mastering new software.
  • Exceptional English communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into simple, actionable guidance for diverse stakeholders.
  • A self-starter attitude with sharp attention to detail and a solution-oriented approach to problem-solving.

Nice To Haves

  • Deep understanding of modern Talent Acquisition workflows and recruitment processes.
  • Experience working in fast-paced, international scale-up or SaaS environments.

Responsibilities

  • Independently manage the full implementation lifecycle for small to mid-sized clients, and collaborate on complex enterprise deployments.
  • Configure the HireVue platform to match client requirements while adhering to global best practices.
  • Run interactive workshops to help clients reimagine and map out their ideal recruitment workflows.
  • Thoroughly test configurations, develop structured project plans, mitigate risks early, and maintain comprehensive documentation.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, guiding them through change management and system adoption.
  • Create and deliver engaging training sessions tailored to various audiences (HR teams, hiring managers, and executives).
  • Seamlessly handle sales-to-delivery handovers and collaborate internally with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams.
