Requirements

  • 4-year undergraduate degree in accounting, or equivalent experience (required)
  • Experience in the mortgage banking industry (required)
  • Experience using Loan Vision software or Microsoft Dynamics software (required)
  • Exceptional organizational skills

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary project lead for the successful implementation of Loan Vision, ensuring high-quality deployment for both new customers and existing clients with new projects.
  • Develop and maintain deep expertise in both current and upcoming Loan Vision modules. Act as a consultant to clients, guiding them in the effective implementation and optimization of Loan Vision software to meet their specific needs.
  • Provide expert-level consulting across all areas of the Loan Vision system, including but not limited to: Chart of Accounts Setup, General Ledger (G/L) Data Migration from Legacy Systems, Integration of Loan Data from Loan Origination Software (LOS), Configuration of Invoice and Journal Approval Workflows, System Integration with Other Platforms, Fixed Asset Management, ACH Processing and Positive Pay, Interim Servicing Solutions, Branch Portal Configuration, Commissions Setup and Management.
  • Deliver thorough training to clients on various aspects of the Loan Vision system, including but not limited to: General and Recurring Journals, Cash Management, Accounts Payable (AP), Payments, Deposits, and Bank Reconciliation, Financial Reporting, Loan Data Imports and Loan-Level Reporting, Fixed Asset Management, Budgeting and Forecasting, Branch Portal Usage, Commissions Management.
  • Provide ongoing support following system deployment to ensure clients’ users effectively learn and execute their job functions within Loan Vision. Address any issues or questions to facilitate a smooth transition and optimal software usage.
