About The Position

ADP is seeking an Implementation Consultant to join their team. As a Client Onboarding Specialist, you will manage the ADP relationship post-sale, enabling the initial interaction between mid-sized business clients and ADP's payroll and HR solutions. You will build client relationships and implement ADP's technologies to ensure client success, impacting employees' daily lives through paychecks and benefits. Your responsibilities include ensuring clients are comfortable using ADP's products, understanding their business needs, analyzing existing systems and processes, and guiding them to the best solutions. The role involves working with diverse clients across various geographies and industries, making each day different and interesting. The position requires comfort in a metrics-driven environment, adaptability to change, strong client-facing skills to build rapport and trust, and clear, professional communication. The role is fast-paced, but also offers a fun environment with opportunities for lasting friendships.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma
  • 1 to 3 years of experience working in a client service/customer service environment or systems integration environment
  • Basic project management skills
  • Ability to work overtime hours during peak seasons
  • Military Experience is considered an acceptable experience.

Responsibilities

  • Onboard Clients: Create exceptional onboarding experiences for product or service implementations. Help clients develop skills and confidence to use products with ease through expertise and relationship-building.
  • Implement ADP Technologies: Consult with clients and analyze existing systems, interface requirements, and business processes to deliver comprehensive ADP solutions. Incorporate new processes, tools, and approaches when recommending and implementing ADP solutions.
  • Partner Internally: Collaborate with ADP associates in sales and customer service. Exchange routine information with client project team members regarding priorities, timeliness, and issues.
  • Multi-Task - Communicate: Work on multiple time-sensitive projects and follow-up items simultaneously. Share essential information with clients and internal ADP teams.
  • Adhere to a daily schedule and organize to handle a high volume of inbound calls. Daily phone time may increase during peak seasons.
