About The Position

At Uberall, the Implementation Consultant is the first point of contact for new enterprise clients after signing, and their role is critical in shaping the client experience. This position involves owning the technical onboarding process, which includes configuring integrations, ensuring data accuracy, and quickly delivering value to customers. The role is central to the customer journey and directly influences client retention and long-term growth by establishing a strong first impression of the platform.

Requirements

  • 2–3 years in a technical implementation, onboarding, or solutions consulting role
  • Hands-on experience with REST APIs and data transformation (Excel, CSV, pivot tables)
  • Familiarity with Local SEO, Google Business Profile, and directory API ecosystems
  • Strong project management skills — comfortable managing multiple client onboardings in parallel
  • Clear communicator: able to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced environment

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with CRM or CMS integrations in a client-facing context

Responsibilities

  • Lead technical discovery sessions to understand client requirements and data structures
  • Configure and implement integrations using Uberall's API, syncing with client CRM and CMS systems
  • Manage the post-launch stabilization phase — auditing and cleaning location data to ensure accuracy across directories
  • Maintain up-to-date technical documentation and client-facing how-to guides
  • Identify and escalate product bugs or feature gaps to Product and Engineering
  • Support the Sales team with technical questions during the late stages of the sales cycle
  • Leverage AI tools and best practice frameworks to work efficiently and at scale
