About The Position

The role of Implementation Consultant is an important part of our customer’s journey. You’ll be the first person our customers speak to in the Operations team when we onboard them to the Tillo Platform. You’ll be responsible for driving forward your own portfolio of client projects, and for making sure they are set up efficiently, on time, and to a high standard, maintaining customer satisfaction throughout.

Requirements

  • Strong relationship building skills - able to liaise at all levels both externally and internally
  • 2 years experience managing professional services or onboarding projects
  • Proactive approach at all times, takes ownership of tasks and shows initiative to find resolutions.
  • Excellent problem solving skills.
  • Curious to learn about all aspects of the company and gift card industry
  • Knowledge of various systems/applications: Jira, Zendesk, Asana.
  • Highly organized and able to manage and prioritize multiple streams of tasks.
  • Excellent communicator - written and verbal.
  • Attention to Detail. Always striving for accuracy across systems.
  • Able to deal with ambiguity in a fast paced environment.

  • Experience managing complex projects with large budgets
  • Experience working with APIs and development teams. Can simplify complex subjects to non technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a large number of different onboarding projects at the same time.
  • Own the Onboarding process from start to finish, including maintenance of the Onboarding Pipeline and ensuring all information is accurate and up to date.
  • Ensuring all stakeholders are kept up to date with project deliverables and timelines.
  • Ensure all actions are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Work with retailers to ensure brand approvals are secured as efficiently as possible to help our Partners quickly achieve value.
  • Liaising with internal teams to find solutions to customer issues.
  • Reporting on any key or recurring issues and working with the Account Management team and our suppliers to continuously improve the service we and our customers receive.
  • Maintaining Supplier documentation to ensure we always have up to date information on how to contact, escalate issues and onboard new products.
