Implementation Consultant, ADP WorkMarket
About The Position
As an Implementation Consultant, you will serve as the primary consultant and trusted advisor for new clients throughout their onboarding journey. You'll partner with clients to understand their business objectives, workforce management processes, and operational requirements, then develop and execute implementation plans that drive successful adoption of the ADP WorkMarket platform. WorkMarket helps organizations efficiently onboard and pay independent contractors while supporting the client’s independent contractor workforce compliance. You will configure solutions, validate business requirements, manage project milestones, and deliver client training to ensure a seamless implementation experience. Combining analytical, consultative, and project management skills, you'll help clients simplify complex workforce processes and confidently leverage WorkMarket to achieve their business goals.
Requirements
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other business productivity tools
- Strong analytical, organizational, and time management abilities
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills
- Must be comfortable working in a performance-based environment while demonstrating high ethical standards
- Ability to influence and guide clients toward achieving project milestones and implementation goals
- Proven ability to prioritize competing demands and manage multiple client engagements effectively
- Proven ability to build trusted relationships with clients and key stakeholders
- Comfortable working in a lightly structured and dynamic environment, while adapting implementation strategies, configurations, and training approaches based on client needs
- Demonstrated ability to quickly learn and adopt new technologies and software platforms
- Experience managing complex project plans and coordinating multiple client stakeholders
- Experience leading SaaS software implementations or customer onboarding projects preferred
- 2+ years of experience working in a Business-to-Business client implementation, consulting, project management, account management, or customer success environment

- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred, with the ability to support client communications, training, and implementation activities in both languages
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end implementations of ADP WorkMarket, serving as the primary point of contact throughout the onboarding journey
- Partner with clients to understand business objectives, workforce management processes, and operational requirements
- Collaborate with Sales, Solutions Engineering, and Customer Experience teams to ensure alignment and successful client outcomes
- Translate client requirements into effective platform configurations and implementation plans
- Apply industry and product expertise to design and optimize client solutions and system configurations
- Deliver customized training and best-practice guidance based on each client's business requirements
- Manage implementation milestones and coordinate go-live activities to ensure timely project completion
- Drive successful client adoption and readiness by ensuring customers are prepared to effectively use WorkMarket at go-live
- Build trusted client relationships through proactive communication and successful project delivery
- Identify implementation challenges and partner with clients, Sales, and internal stakeholders to develop effective solutions
- Guide clients through implementation, go-live, and transition to Customer Experience for ongoing support and success
- Maintain expertise in WorkMarket implementation methodologies, ADP products and services, and industry best practices
- Participate in internal process improvement projects as needed
