About The Position

LearnUpon is seeking an Implementation Consultant to join their team in Utah, USA. This is a hybrid role, requiring 3 days per week in LearnUpon's Salt Lake City office. LearnUpon LMS provides a powerful solution for organizations to manage, track, and achieve their learning goals for employees, partners, and members. As an Implementation Consultant, your primary purpose is to understand and evaluate customer use cases for LearnUpon, help calibrate their success metrics for launch, and develop and execute an implementation plan. You will train clients on the software, guide them in building necessary workflows, and act as a trusted resource. You will also identify and explain process changes, gather product feedback for Customer Success Managers, and manage a rotating book of clients, primarily with Basic to Premium plans, and occasionally Enterprise accounts. You prioritize work based on client plans and needs, aiming to help customers thrive with their primary use case and documenting business objectives for future account expansion.

Responsibilities

• Help define their use case(s) during introductions
• Define and set requirements for launch
• Develop, customize and guide customers through an implementation plan
• Train and act as a valued resource to administrators on best practices and workflows
• Assist and work collaboratively with Support to process migrations or integrations required by my customers
• Ensure adequate testing has been completed by customers prior to launch
