About The Position

As an Implementation Consultant, you'll play a crucial role in helping our customers successfully adopt and utilize our platform. AutoLeap is the market-leading shop management SaaS provider in the underserved auto repair industry. The Shop Management System (SMS) provides an all-in-one, cloud-based auto repair management software that helps after-market auto shop owners focused on general repair to better understand, manage and grow their business—from scheduling appointments to managing technicians and generating invoices to help save time and money. In 2023, we announced our $30M Series B, led by Advanced Venture Partners (AVP), with continued participation from Bain Capital Ventures and Threshold Ventures. And we aren’t slowing down! Our mission is to change the auto repair industry one shop at a time, helping shop owners get home to their families earlier and helping them build long-lasting healthy businesses to pass on to future generations. Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in software implementations.
  • Passion for helping others succeed and a dedication to customer satisfaction.
  • A strong track record of achievement in previous roles.
  • Bring your own unique skills and perspectives to the team.
  • Bilingual French proficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Empower Customers: Train shop owners and their teams on how to effectively use AutoLeap.
  • Manage Relationships: Build strong relationships with customers and own their implementation outcomes.
  • Become an Expert: Develop a deep understanding of the automotive industry and become a trusted advisor to your customers.
  • Provide On-Site Support (as needed): Offer in-person support and training to strategic accounts (ability to travel).
  • Provide Feedback: Champion your customers internally by sharing their feedback with our Product team.
  • Collaborate: Work closely with your peers to continuously improve our processes and operations.
