About The Position

Thomson Reuters is looking for an Implementation Consultant to act as an application and solution specialist for the ONESOURCE Pagero platform. This dynamic role involves a broad range of responsibilities, requiring strong problem-solving and analytical skills. The consultant will work both independently and collaboratively, often managing several projects in parallel. Key aspects of the role include delivering end-user and super-user training, making configuration and troubleshooting decisions, acting as a specialist in large implementation projects, contributing to project planning and timeline management, resolving customer support issues, collaborating with internal teams and partners, supporting pre-sales activities, customizing and configuring applications, and designing, developing, and documenting project deliverables.

Requirements

5–8 years of experience in IT integrations and configuration, preferably within e-invoicing.
Understanding of the AP/AR lifecycle and e-invoicing compliance regulations across the EU and APAC regions.
Experience acting as an implementation and solution consultant in large, cross-functional implementation or partner projects.
Experience contributing to project management activities, including creating and updating project plans and timelines.
Experience resolving customer support issues in a timely and effective manner.
Experience working closely with key business teams, such as Product, Sales, Support, and partner organizations.
Experience assisting with pre-sales activities, including software demonstrations and prospect scoping.
Experience collaborating with Product Management and Engineering within Thomson Reuters to deliver end-to-end solutions.
Experience customizing and configuring applications to agreed specifications.
Experience designing, developing, and documenting project deliverables according to agreed customer timelines and budgets.
Hands-on involvement in application configuration, implementation, and testing.
