Requirements

Proven expertise in writing clear, concise business and system requirement documents for complex technical solutions.
Strong consultative mindset with a talent for presenting strategic information to executive management and external partners.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple software implementation projects simultaneously while maintaining high quality and strict deadlines.
Exceptional communication skills, including the diplomacy needed to navigate challenging conversations and build consensus around new processes.

Nice To Haves

Prior experience with e-Builder or similar construction management software platforms.
Advanced certifications in Business Analysis or Project Management.

Responsibilities

Spearhead the configuration of e-Builder for high-profile clients, modeling sophisticated business processes to drive maximum organizational efficiency.
Champion software adoption by designing and delivering engaging training programs that empower client teams to master new digital workflows.
Architect comprehensive process and data flows by analyzing complex business requirements and conducting strategic gap analysis.
Drive continuous improvement by uncovering hidden barriers to software usage and implementing innovative solutions to overcome them.
Partner closely with stakeholders to deliver high-impact status reports and evaluations that ensure project transparency and success.
