About The Position

Join a growing HR technology and benefits team as a Senior Implementation Consultant, Client Benefits. In this client-facing role, you'll lead end-to-end benefits implementations, configure benefit plans, eligibility rules, and carrier connections, while ensuring a seamless onboarding experience.

Requirements

• 5+ years of benefits implementation or benefits administration experience
• Strong knowledge of employee benefits and compliance
• Experience with HRIS/HCM platforms (PrismHR preferred)
• Excellent client-facing and project management skills
• Ability to manage multiple implementations simultaneously

Nice To Haves

• PrismHR experience
• PEO, payroll, or HR technology background
• PHR, SHRM-CP, PMP, CPP, or similar certifications

Responsibilities

• Lead new client benefit implementations from start to finish.
• Serve as the primary client contact during implementation.
• Configure benefits, eligibility rules, and carrier integrations.
• Partner with Payroll, Sales, HR, and Operations teams.
• Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
• Troubleshoot implementation challenges and support successful go-lives.
• Mentor team members and support process improvements.
