About The Position

ADP is hiring a Benefits Implementation Consultant. This role involves onboarding new clients and ensuring they are comfortable using ADP's products and services. Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience working in a Business-to-Business client service/customer service interface or systems integration environment
  • High school diploma or equivalent in education and experience.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience using ADP Workforce Now (Current & Next Gen preferred)
  • Experience with benefits administration concepts, including eligibility groups, open enrollment processes, and the impact of benefit elections on payroll deductions and compliance
  • Demonstrates an understanding of the relationship between payroll and benefits administration

Responsibilities

  • Implement ADP's Benefits solutions by combining analytic and project management skills with the ability to simplify complex information, helping customers develop the skills and confidence to use HCM products with ease.
  • Provide expert support to make integrated solutions stand out in a competitive global marketplace.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert, using expertise to help lead the workflow of the project team and apply industry and product knowledge to optimize system configurations and product upgrades.
  • Ensure client satisfaction and retention by using problem-solving and relationship-building skills to provide timely solution delivery within client-defined timelines.
  • Remain engaged with clients throughout implementation until they are successfully running ADP solutions, using influence and impact to help clients address and analyze their needs.
  • Resolve issues and provide solutions with initiative and know-how, with minimal direction on procedural matters, ensuring accuracy of all aspects of client set up.
  • Collaborate by exchanging routine information with client project team members regarding priorities, timeliness, and issues.
  • Interact with ADP associates in sales and customer service.
  • Provide input to management on process improvement and product enhancements.
  • Coach, mentor, and serve as an escalation point for less-experienced implementation specialists.
