About The Position

Stream is on a mission to bring financial wellbeing to all workers. We partner with some of the world’s most well-known employers, like Crate & Barrel, Driven Brands, General Electric, New Balance, Restaurant Brands International (RBI) and others, to give their teams access to fairer financial services. Over 3 million people track their shifts and earnings, start their first savings account, use budgeting tools, access financial education and choose when they want to get paid. All in one smartphone app. Stream is unique: VC-backed and growing at scale-up pace, but with a social conscience. Some of the world's leading financial charities and impact funds our founding investors. You’d be joining a team of over 200 passionate, ambitious people - across the UK, Europe and US - building a category-leading FinTech product with the mission to improve the lives of millions. This is a true entry-level role built for someone who is ready to begin their career in FinTech. As an Implementation Associate, you will be a junior member of the Stream US Implementation team, supporting the onboarding of new clients across our Small and Medium Business (SMB) portfolio. This is a ground-floor opportunity to learn the full lifecycle of implementation - from the first kickoff call through to a client going live - while working alongside an experienced team that will invest in your growth. You will report directly to the Head of US Implementation, but will primarily work day-to-day in support of our Implementation Managers, who will guide your work and help you build the skills to run projects.

Requirements

  • A recent graduate ready to get to work: You've recently finished your degree (or are about to) and you're eager to get started. You don't need experience in FinTech - you need the drive to learn it fast.
  • Genuinely curious about FinTech: You're interested in how financial tools can make a real difference in people's lives. You want to understand the product you're helping to deliver, not just execute tasks.
  • A can-do attitude: No task is too small. You jump in, figure it out, and get it done. When something is harder than expected, you push through rather than step back.
  • Organized and detail-oriented: You're someone who takes pride in keeping things accurate, up to date, and easy for others to follow.
  • A team player: You enjoy being part of a team and learning from people around you. You ask good questions, take feedback well, and look for ways to be useful.

Nice To Haves

  • Show up prepared and bring energy. The team will notice.
  • Be proactive - if you see something that needs doing, do it. Don't wait to be asked.
  • Embrace the learning curve. This role will expose you to a lot, quickly. The candidates who thrive are the ones who lean into that.
  • Ask great questions. Curiosity and intellectual honesty will take you far here.

Responsibilities

  • Preparing and executing kickoff calls: Coordinate sales handover. Schedule, prepare for, and execute kickoff calls with new SMB clients. You'll be the one keeping things organized and ensuring clients feel confident from day one.
  • Track decisions and configurations: Keep a clear record of client decisions, configuration choices, and open items so nothing falls through the cracks.
  • Support launch day: Be hands-on and ready for feedback on go-live day, help the team monitor activity, resolve issues in real time, and ensure a smooth experience for clients and their employees.
  • Assist with configuration: Learn the various Stream configurations and help set up the Stream platform for new clients, working closely with Implementation Managers
  • Support the team: Wherever the team needs help - whether that's pulling together project status updates, coordinating with internal teams, or jumping on a client call - you're ready to contribute.

Benefits

  • 15 Days vacation in addition to federal holidays, as well as flexible time off allowances for any ad-hoc childcare/family/caring needs

  • Health, dental and vision benefits (a number of these benefits are paid in full for the employee)
  • 401K program
