PayBright is a rapidly-growing merchant services company serving businesses nationwide. We operate in a fast-moving, highly regulated environment where execution matters and details cannot slip. We are hiring an Implementation and Integration Support Specialist on our POS Desk team. This position will run POS implementations from sale to go-live, making sure each merchant is set up with the right system and actually able to process. This role is part project manager, part product expert - it will handle inbound questions, troubleshoot gaps, research new integration options, and ensure agents and merchants are using the right tools for their business. The right person will be able to evaluate business needs, recommend software and integrations, coordinate vendors and internal teams, and track every step of the rollout to keep deals moving and prevent issues.
