About The Position
Our client is looking for someone to assist with software implementations day to day supports projects by managing implementations, delivering training, and ensuring successful adoption of the application by client users.

Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate end-to-end software implementations (configuration, deployment, validation, and go-live support).
- Conduct client discovery to understand needs and tailor training and system configuration.
- Deliver training sessions (in-person, virtual, webinars) and develop supporting training materials.
- Provide post-training support, troubleshoot issues, and help users adopt the system effectively.
