About The Position

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, B.E./B. Tech, Computer Engineering, or equivalent work experience in lieu of a degree is required.
• 2+ years of experience in software consulting, product implementation, customer support, or a related technical role.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to effectively explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Nice To Haves

• Working knowledge of software testing methodologies, SQL, debugging, APIs, and tools such as Postman is preferred.
• Automation or scripting experience is a plus.
• Experience working within the healthcare technology industry is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted partner to clients by configuring, implementing, and supporting Relatient solutions while delivering exceptional customer experience.
• Troubleshoot application issues, gather technical requirements, and collaborate with Engineering and internal teams to drive successful resolutions.
• Manage customer implementations and support requests, communicate proactively, maintain accurate documentation, and ensure timely follow-through on client needs.
