About The Position

RealINSIGHT is a leading provider of commercial real estate asset management software for debt from origination through asset management. One of our vital client services is to work directly with the client to onboard their portfolio and business processes into the system. This involves development of Excel-based models, reports, dashboards, data management processes, and validation tools to support their unique business needs. You will have a unique opportunity to create, test, and implement a variety of complex, dynamic business content items integrated with cloud databases. This position works on specific assignments, collaboratively with a team, in delivery of finished content items for clients.

Requirements

4-year degree in Finance, Real Estate, or a related field.
1+ years of Excel experience.
Strong written and verbal communication; able to explain technical issues to non-technical stakeholders.
Detail-oriented problem-solver who can decompose ambiguous requests into concrete steps and solutions.
Comfortable in a startup-like environment on a small team.

Nice To Haves

Understanding of commercial loans, real estate, structured financing, and budgeting.
Master's in Finance (preferred, not required)
Internship experience in Finance/CRE.

Responsibilities

Build complex reports, financial models, configuration, and analytic content.
Manage end-to-end implementation from a technical perspective.
Lead client meetings and participate as requested to explain topics.
Gather business requirements, document client workflows, and translate them into system configuration and deliverables.
Provide training for clients on use of delivered content items.
Provide feedback and solutions for the client to better support their business within the context of the software.
Review and understand client excel models and reports.
Review and understand client-specific CRE business processes.
Analyze problems and propose solutions.
Communication and team participation.
Personal task and time management.
