About The Position

Fieldguide is a remote-first software company developing tools for assurance and audit practitioners working in cybersecurity, privacy, and financial audit. The Implementation Analyst is an early-career member of the go-to-market team who works with Implementation Consultants and the broader Go-To-Market organization to support customer adoption of Fieldguide’s platform. Reporting to the Director of Implementation, this role helps onboard customers by configuring environments, migrating data, and ensuring setups are accurate so customers can realize value quickly. The role also offers exposure to AI-powered tools used in audit and advisory work and is intended as a pathway into an Implementation Consultant position with increasing responsibility for the customer journey. The role performs quality checks, supports testing and issue resolution with internal teams, helps prepare and support customer go-lives, and joins customer calls alongside senior consultants while gradually taking on more direct client communication. Fieldguide describes its culture as inclusive, driven, humble, and supportive, and emphasizes values including Fearless, Fast, Lovable, Owners, Win-win, and Inclusive. The company is based in San Francisco, California, and is remote-first, allowing employees to work from anywhere.
