About The Position

The Associate Implementation Analyst leads the full life cycle of initial and subsequent client deployments for software licensed by MeridianLink. The role manages client expectations, meets project timelines, and serves as a liaison between clients and other company departments. It educates clients about software capabilities and communicates customer enhancement ideas to the Product organization. The position gathers credentials, product requirements, and client documents; provides and reviews product workbooks; reviews and troubleshoots third-party issues; and supports client validation configuration. The analyst develops an understanding of MeridianLink’s licensed software and its capabilities to educate clients and provide best-practice recommendations. The role also adheres to project schedules and helps ensure project resources meet expected timelines.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree.
0–2 years of professional experience.
Basic skill set and proficiency in the subject area.
Ability to perform client and third-party onboarding activities.
Ability to shadow and assist SIS in configuration and UAT implementation activities.
Ability to conduct work assignments as directed.

Responsibilities
