The Implementation Advisor will lead small to large multi-phase software implementation projects for municipal Building, Planning, and Community Development departments across North America. Working directly with local government staff, the Implementation Advisor will analyze permitting, licensing, inspection, and land-use workflows to design solutions that support efficient, transparent community development processes. This role requires a strong ability to understand municipal operations, interpret business and data requirements, and translate them into effective system configurations. The Implementation Advisor will create and maintain project documentation, deliver training to end users, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project outcomes. They must possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to clearly communicate solutions while adhering to project deliverables and timelines.
