This role involves operating machinery to refurbish ion implanter modules, troubleshooting issues with vacuum systems, power supplies, and source-related problems, and collaborating with other maintenance technicians. The position requires strict adherence to safety protocols and cleanroom procedures, including the proper handling of hazardous materials. Requirements

Associate degree in Electronics, Mechanical Engineering Technology, or related technical field or equivalent military/industry experience.
2+ years of experience maintaining semiconductor equipment, ideally ion implantation tools.
Strong troubleshooting skills across mechanical, electrical, and vacuum systems.
Familiarity with implant systems such as Axcelis, Varian, or Applied Materials.
Comfortable working with high-voltage, vacuum, RF, and gas delivery systems.
Ability to read and interpret schematics, manuals, and technical drawings.
Willingness to work in a cleanroom environment wearing full PPE.
Must be a U.S. Person as defined by ITAR (U.S. Citizen, U.S. Permanent Resident, or protected individual).
Compliance with all applicable export control regulations.
