Organization & Team Overview Comcast’s Impact and Inclusion (I&I) Team is dedicated to harnessing the power of our platforms and our people to create positive change. Through inclusive leadership and by supporting our teams and local communities, we strive to help build a better world where everyone has access to the resources and opportunities necessary to thrive. This role sits on the Technology Enablement Team, which supports I&I by managing technology solutions, platform operations and projects that improve the user experience, ensure smooth operations, and adapt to changing program and compliance needs. In addition to supporting operations across the I&I portfolio, this role will provide regular operational support to I&I’s ERG Strategy Team, which supports Comcast’s national Employee Resource Group (ERG) Program, specifically providing governance, national resources, and support to cultivating belonging within our workforce. Role Description The Impact & Inclusion Operations Co-op supports project management, technology, and systems operations across the Impact & Inclusion portfolio, while spending particular time advancing ERG engagement initiatives that enhance the employee experience. This role is centered on project coordination, planning, documentation, and tracking; systems support and data integrity; and technology-enabled ERG initiatives, including driving adoption of the events management system and leader roster management. It requires strong attention to detail, comfort working within structured systems, and the ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment. This position offers exposure to a range of Impact & Inclusion initiatives, including ERG events, volunteer activations, department meetings, as well as campus-sponsored programs.
