POSITION OVERVIEW: The Impact Implementation Manager supports the operationalization of the organization’s evaluation and social impact strategy by coordinating project implementation, advancing standardization of impact services, and strengthening outcome measurement practices. Working closely with the Director of Impact and cross-functional program teams, this role helps translate evaluation frameworks and systems into consistent, high-quality project execution. The position ensures that impact initiatives are implemented efficiently, aligned with organizational standards, and supported by clear performance metrics and data collection processes.
