About The Position

BlueHub Capital is seeking an Impact & Compliance Intern for Summer 2026. This role involves conducting research and analysis on impact outcomes, assisting with the Social Impact Rating (SIR) system transition, providing research support for New Markets Tax Credit (NMTC), contributing to data cleanup for BlueHub Loan Fund, supporting the development of the Impact and Compliance Data Catalog, and participating in internal compliance audits. The intern will also perform other data management and compliance tasks as assigned to support the team's efforts in maintaining alignment with grant performance goals and reporting standards.

Responsibilities

Conduct research and analysis on impact outcomes to support the Impact team research and evaluation initiatives.
Assist with the Social Impact Rating (SIR) system transition — migrate data from the legacy SIR to the new platform, analyze impact trends, and shadow team members during SIR evaluations.
Provide research support for New Markets Tax Credit (NMTC), focusing on reviewing and analyzing projected community benefits.
Contribute to the cleanup and organization of historic social impact reporting for BlueHub Loan Fund.
Support the development of the Impact and Compliance Data Catalog, a key component of the Compliance & Impact Manual.
Participate in internal compliance audits including reviewing files for Target Market documentation and major grant-related materials, identifying missing items, and organizing existing records.
Perform other data management and compliance tasks as assigned, supporting the team's efforts to maintain alignment with grant performance goals and reporting standards.
