IMPACT Coding Processor
About The Position
We are excited to bring on an IMPACT Coding Processor to support the Producer Solutions Operations business in a work-from-home environment. As an IMPACT Coding Processor, you will play a key role in the final stage of the onboarding process for producers and agencies contracting with Lincoln. In this role, you will build and maintain producer hierarchies within the IMPACT system to ensure accurate reporting and producer compensation while supporting a fast-paced, high-volume, production-driven environment. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, customer-focused, and comfortable working through complex situations. You will partner with internal stakeholders to gather information, resolve issues, and provide exceptional service while demonstrating strong critical thinking, adaptability, and problem-solving skills. Success in this role also includes identifying opportunities for process improvements that enhance efficiency and the overall customer experience.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED or minimum Associate degree in lieu of required experience
- 2-3 Years of Client Customer Support and Operations experience that aligns with the specific responsibilities for this position
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to maneuver through multiple systems/databases/platforms/software
- Ability to be adaptable/flexible as business needs change
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Nice To Haves
- Knowledge of Producer Solutions Operations and/or IMPACT experience
- Ability to evaluate information and the implications of a course of action or solution
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize workload and multi-task while maintaining strict attention to detail
Responsibilities
- Build producer hierarchies in the IMPACT system to ensure proper reporting and payment in a fast-paced, high-volume, production driven environment
- Communicate effectively with internal/external stakeholder to obtain more complex information needed while maintaining a professional demeanor in all interactions
- Exhibit intermediate critical thinking and problem-solving skills to effectively assist internal/external customers while demonstrating flexibility, adaptability, comfort with ambiguity and responsiveness to meet customer needs
- Recognize and research issues/concerns and suggest process improvements
