The Immunology Learning Portfolio Lead is a people leader who owns the strategic direction, coherence, health, and performance of the Immunology learning portfolio. This role ensures learning investments, curricula, and solutions remain aligned to business priorities, learner needs, portfolio standards, and organizational outcomes. Working closely with business leaders, subject matter experts, Learning Architects, project managers, vendor partners, and Learning Excellence Organization (LEO) peers, the Portfolio Lead translates category strategy into portfolio priorities, manages portfolio risk and performance, and drives decisions regarding learning investment, enhancement, optimization, retirement, and resource allocation. The role brings strong Immunology business and scientific acumen, learning judgment, enterprise perspective, and people leadership capability to ensure the portfolio remains relevant, differentiated, purposeful, and positioned to build field medical capability while supporting appropriate commercial field clinical content priorities.
