Position Details: - Evening Shift – Monday - Friday, 3:00pm - 11:30pm (5 days, 8-hour shifts), rotating weekends - Shift Differential – 15%-20% for eligible evening and overnight hours - Sign-On & Relocation Bonuses Available! What You’ll Do: - Work in a full-service, accredited Immunohematology Reference Laboratory - Oversee laboratory operations and team performance; ensuring quality, efficiency, and compliance with regulatory standards - Supervise personnel functions, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations - Resolve complex immunohematology and compatibility issues to ensure the safest blood for patients
Requirements
- National certification as MT/CLS/MLS with ASCP, AAB or AMT, including immunohematology
- Supervisor license issued by the state of Florida; or eligible to apply for one
- Bachelor’s degree in Clinical Laboratory, Chemical, or Biological Science
- Familiarity with blood banking
Nice To Haves
- SBB(ASCP) or BB(ASCP) certification
