About The Position

Requirements

• 3–4 years of hands-on immigration law experience.
• Strong research and analytical skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage a high-volume caseload efficiently.
• Client-focused mindset and compassionate approach.
• Ability to work in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
• Familiarity with legal case management systems and software.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with family-based and employment-based immigration cases.
• Experience with employment-based visas and processes such as O-1, H-1B, PERM, EB-1, and NIW.

Responsibilities

• Manage client communications with professionalism and empathy.
• Prepare, review, and assemble immigration petitions and applications.
• Conduct legal research and support case strategy development.
• Liaise with government agencies, including USCIS and DOL.
• Maintain accurate and organized case files.
• Track deadlines and manage multiple cases simultaneously.
• Provide general administrative and case support as needed.
