Responsibilities

Build and maintain strategic relationships with global clients, delivering tailored immigration solutions.
Drive growth through new opportunities, RFPs, and market insights.
Advise on legal, regulatory, and operational aspects of global immigration and mobility programs.
Design and implement global mobility policies and governance frameworks.
Introduce technology and process improvements to enhance efficiency and employee experience.
Work with senior stakeholders across legal, HR, tax, and corporate functions.
Lead and mentor high-performing teams.
Liaise with immigration authorities and engage in advocacy efforts.
Monitor trends, draft client insights, and participate in conferences to raise the firm’s profile.
