Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with global clients, delivering tailored immigration solutions.
  • Drive growth through new opportunities, RFPs, and market insights.
  • Advise on legal, regulatory, and operational aspects of global immigration and mobility programs.
  • Design and implement global mobility policies and governance frameworks.
  • Introduce technology and process improvements to enhance efficiency and employee experience.
  • Work with senior stakeholders across legal, HR, tax, and corporate functions.
  • Lead and mentor high-performing teams.
  • Liaise with immigration authorities and engage in advocacy efforts.
  • Monitor trends, draft client insights, and participate in conferences to raise the firm’s profile.
