About The Position

Requirements
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the bar and in good standing in the relevant jurisdiction.
- Strong knowledge of immigration laws, regulations, and procedures.
- Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with a team.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- High level of professionalism and discretion, with the ability to maintain client confidentiality.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a compassionate approach to working with clients from diverse backgrounds.
Nice To Haves
- Prior experience in immigration law through internships, clinical work, or previous employment is preferred.
- Fluency in a foreign language is desired but not required.
